The people have belief on the new facility, blocking of mobile set by IMEI number provided by the government. It will be helpful to stop this increasing trend of mobile phone theft. But people have still danger of losing their hand sets because software’s are avail able in the market which make the set use able .Here should be punishment for the illegal use of this kind of software. And government should ban these illegal marketers.

Blocking of set by IMEI number will much effect the buying and selling of second hand sets because the set they are buying might be a stolen mobile phone. And the real owner of mobile phone can block his set. So to get ride of this problem marketers should buy and sell after providing them the proof of the ownership of mobile phone.

Through analysis it is found that majority of the people will register their phone to the insurance company so insurance company should introduce the insurance of mobile phone ,it will be much effective for the insurance companies and it be helpful to risen up their income. With its introduction 64% of the users will register their mobile to an insurance company. For example if there are 10000 users of mobile phone among these 6400 users will register their mobile phone to the insurance company

Two places are most focus for mobile phone theft, Public transport and Hostel so people should be more careful about their mobile phones when they are in public transport and students should be very careful in hostels
The people didn’t resist because by resisting they must have to face some injury so the people avoid resisting against the robber and snatcher.
Majority of the phones lost are not reported to police so it is conclude that 70 percents of the 100 phones lost are not reported to the police. It is concluding that if there are 200 cell phones are reported police lost it would mean actually 340 phones are lost which is very serious. So by using this percentage government can find the actual no of mobile phone lost in Pakistan
